According to him, those who did not manage to update their data in two months will not be fined automatically. This is a certain procedure that can take from three months to a year from the moment the administrative offense is committed.
You can find out the fine in “Diya”, just as they now learn about fines for violating traffic rules, for example. This can also be done in Opendatabot, but this service has become paid.
Lazutkin also said that the TCC will not be detained on the streets for those who have already updated the data. After all, the person indicated his place of residence, a referral to the VLK may come there.
“Accordingly, there is no point in “catching” this person in the middle of the street. Let’s be frank, unpleasant processes were associated with this, which negatively influenced and will continue to influence the image of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, when they try to pull someone out at checkpoints and by force,” he explained.
The speaker added that TCC representatives do not have the authority to do this, only police officers can do this.
