On the morning of July 19, many companies around the world, including exchanges, faced the problem of starting Windows computers using CrowdStrike Falcon software. The State Special Communications Service explained how to fix a computer.

Organizations in Ukraine that were affected by this problem have already fully or partially resumed their work.
State Special Communications Service specialists recommend using CrowdStrike instructions to quickly solve this problem:
- Boot Windows in safe mode or in the Windows Recovery Environment Go to the C:WindowsSystem32driversCrowdStrike directory Find the file named “C-00000291*.sys” and delete it
Restart your computer or server.
