Young people are increasingly using voice control technology for purchases. This is evidenced by data from a survey conducted by PYMNTS, reports FinTechInsider.

The survey results showed that more than 67,000 consumers of 11 countries (accounting for 50% of global GDP), 17.9% of respondents use voice technology to make purchases at least once a week. At the same time, representatives of Generation Z are in the lead – 30.4% of them make purchases by voice weekly.
Millennials are almost not far behind – 27.6% of surveyed representatives of this group prefer voice purchases. For Generation X, the adoption rate is significantly lower – about 14.9%, and among Baby Boomers – only 6.8%.
