ARMA sold seized equipment worth almost 40 million

The Asset Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA) has successfully sold the second and third parts of a batch of electronic devices previously seized. This was reported by the ARMA press service.

Details

It is noted that two lots were sold as part of the auction. The first lot, consisting of tablets, was sold for more than 3 million UAH. The second lot, which included mobile phones and wireless headphones, was sold for more than UAH 11 million.

In addition to direct revenues from these lots, sales brought significant funds to the state budget in the form of customs duties. For the first lot, the amount of customs duties amounted to UAH 1.8 million, and for the second – UAH 10.6 million. Thus, the total amount of customs payments exceeded UAH 12.4 million.

This successful sale is a continuation of the preliminary sale of computer equipment from the same batch in the amount of UAH 11.6 million, including more than UAH 3 million of customs duties payments.
