What is known

Wiz CEO Assaf Rappaport announced the rejection of takeover proposals in a memo to employees.

“The market valuation we received following this news only confirms our goal to create a platform that appeals to both the security and development teams,” Rappaport said in the memo.

He also announced that the company's next plans are to achieve $1 billion in annual recurring revenue and an IPO.
