According to production materials, this enterprise produced cosmetic products and household chemicals of such brands as “Eared Nanny”, “Mister Cleaner”, Sarma, etc.

We are talking about the transfer of 100% of the company’s shares to the state, as well as all its bank accounts, industrial facilities, transport and real estate.

The total value of the nationalized assets of the leading manufacturer of household chemicals in Ukraine is more than UAH 2 billion.

It has been established that Kononov is general director and one of the beneficial owners of the sanctioned Russian company Nevskaya Cosmetics, which owned the assets of the Vinnitsa enterprise.

“The Russian billionaire himself is a public supporter of the war against Ukraine and one of the key 'donors' of the budget of the aggressor country,” the statement reads.

In order to hide the products of the Vinnytsia branch from nationalization, the top management of Kononov's company tried to export them from Ukraine as humanitarian aid.

The Security Service employees promptly exposed the deal and blocked it in July 2022.

At present, an investigation is ongoing, initiated under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
◾ Part 2 of Art. 364-1 (abuse of power by an official of a private legal entity, regardless of its organizational and legal form);
◾ Part 1 of Art. 388 (illegal actions in relation to property that has been seized, mortgaged property, or property that has been described or is subject to confiscation);
◾ Part 1 of Article 445 (illegal use of the symbols of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal).
