In June 2024, the volume of cash foreign currency that banks imported into Ukraine amounted to $1.331 billion, which is $155 million more than in May ($1.176 billion). This is evidenced by NBU data.

At the same time, banks imported $938 million in June, which is $92 million more than in May ($846 million). The volume of cash euros increased to $389 million in equivalent ($330 million in May).
It should be noted that in January 2024, the volume of imports of cash currency was the maximum since the beginning of the year and amounted to $1.864 billion.
< p>According to the regulator, in June currencies worth $69 million were exported from Ukraine.
