None of the investment projects that were included in the NKTSBFR blacklist were closed

All companies included in the list of questionable investment projects of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission continue to operate. This was reported by Irakli Baramia, a member of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, writes LIGA.net.

“Currently, about 70% of the 330 projects on the list are operating. While the remaining 30% are also working, but under new names and web addresses,” Baramia noted.

There are only a few cases that are officially seeking to be excluded from the NKTSBFR “blacklist.”

“The Commission has received more than ten requests from projects to be excluded from the list. A small number of them are trying to resolve this issue in court,” said Irakli Baramia.

The companies from the “blacklist” themselves usually explain their presence on the NKTSBFR list of dubious investment companies to clients (those asking) as a mistake.

The list of dubious investment projects appeared on the website of the securities regulator in August 2020. At that time, it contained 17 cases.

According to the NKTSBFR plan, the “black list” should protect Ukrainians from risky investments.
