What is Diya.City
Diya.City is a legal regime for IT, providing special tax conditions for legal entities – residents of Diya.City.
Because of the war, the Ministry of Digital Development has simplified the residency criteria. In particular, residents of Diya.City do not need to submit a report on compliance and an independent audit report until January 1 of the year following the peace year.
During martial law, companies will not be deprived of their status as residents of Diya, even if they are not will meet the criteria: number of employees, average salary, etc. This applies to both current residents and companies seeking to join the special regime. At the same time, the tax conditions of Diya remain unchanged.
