“Trading in 24-hour mode is not yet available. You can place an order at another time,” the message says.
This decision is likely due to the collapse in the markets that has been observed over the past 24 hours.
Recall that Japanese stocks fell on Monday, August 5, as a result of which the Nikkei 225 index fell by almost 13%, which was the largest one-day drop in its history.
Following a sharp drop in Asian markets, futures on the US stock market fell sharply before the opening of trading on Monday: the S&P 500 index fell by 2.8%, and the Nasdaq by 5.5%.
