The Cabinet of Ministers has regulated issues of registration and accounting of vehicles imported into the customs territory of Ukraine under a simplified procedure under martial law. This was announced by the permanent representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.

The corresponding changes were made to government resolutions No. 1388 of September 7, 1998 and No. 584 of May 10, 2022.
According to the amendments, the document confirming the right of ownership of a vehicle is the right to a list of goods defined as humanitarian aid.
The list of documents submitted for state registration or state accounting of vehicles recognized as humanitarian aid and imported under a simplified procedure has also been determined.
In addition, it is possible to issue registration documents for travel abroad for vehicles recognized as humanitarian aid and imported under a simplified procedure, which are temporarily registered with the state.
At the same time, it becomes mandatory to indicate in the registration documents a ban on the alienation of vehicles imported as humanitarian aid.
