The National Bank has issued a new circulating commemorative coin “Communications and Cybersecurity Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine”, dedicated to Ukrainian soldiers who provide daily communications and command and control of troops. The NBU reported this.

What is known about the coin
The 10 hryvnia coin continues the “Armed Forces of Ukraine” series. It is made of a zinc-based alloy with a nickel coating. The mintage is 10 million pieces, 510 thousand of which are souvenirs.
The obverse of the coin is identical to the obverse of the 10 hryvnia circulating coin of the 2018 model.
The reverse contains the inscriptions around the circle: “Communications and Cybersecurity Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” and their slogan “The strong keep in touch!”. In the center of the composition is the emblem of the Communications Troops, based on an eight-pointed star surrounded by cross-shaped orbits and crossed lightning bolts.
In the background are schematic labyrinths symbolizing the transmission of encrypted data through the intricate security systems of cyberspace.
Part of the coin circulation will be formed into specially designed rolls of 25 pieces each. These videos are packed in souvenir paper with an image of the emblem of the Signal and Cybersecurity Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and elements simulating labyrinths of encrypted data. The circulation of the videos is 20,000 pieces.
