The State Tax Service has cancelled two licenses for wholesale trade in alcohol for Ukrainian Trade and Distribution Company LLC, whose founder is Global Spirits AMG Europe LTD. This was reported by the head of the State Tax Service, Ruslan Kravchenko.

What is the reason?
According to him, the decision was made based on the results of an actual tax audit.
Facts have been established that may indicate the suspension of taxes in the amount of approximately over UAH 700 million and the sale of alcohol without licenses. The final amount will be established after additional control measures are carried out.
“In January 2025 alone, the LLC sold alcohol worth UAH 48 million to a business entity in Zhitomir, which had previously been issued a retail license through an actual store display. At the address where, according to the documents, 2-3 trucks of alcoholic beverages were shipped per day, there is a prayer house. The company was fined UAH 97 million for unlicensed retail trade,” Kravchenko said.
According to his information, in total, more than 37 million bottles of the product were sold under this scheme without proper accounting and payment of taxes.
