The government paid Ukrainians 714 million hryvnias under the National Cashback program for December and January, the payment of which was delayed. The funds will be credited to citizens' cards opened for payments under this program today or tomorrow, the press service of the Ministry of Economy promised.

The ministry added that the number of cashback recipients has increased by almost one and a half million over these months and is 3.4 million people. Payments will be received by citizens who have accumulated more than 2 hryvnias of cashback and activated cards for payments in the Diya application on time. The next cashback payment will take place at the end of March 2025.
The Ministry of Economy also provided the main indicators of the National Cashback program as of March 7, 2025:
- The total amount of cashback paid for September-January is UAH 1.1 billion; 1,208 users received the maximum cashback amount for the month — UAH 3,000; 57.5% of all users are under 45 years old, 25.3% are middle-aged, 17.2% are senior (60+); 61% of users are women, 39% are men; 1,756 manufacturers have registered in the program; Cashback is available for 369 thousand Ukrainian-made goods.
