Telegram founder Pavel Durov has been allowed to temporarily leave France, where he is accused of multiple offenses related to aiding organized crime, Yahoo Finance reports, citing sources from the AFP news agency.

Durov crossed the French border on March 15 with permission from the authorities. According to another source, the investigating judge allowed him to leave France for several weeks.
The judge granted the businessman's request to change the conditions of his detention several days ago. According to one source, Durov flew to Dubai.
When contacted by AFP, a Telegram spokeswoman declined to comment, saying the company would release a statement later.
