The artificial intelligence chatbot Grok, developed by xAI, is now available on Telegram, as announced by Elon Musk on his social network X on March 26.

Opportunities for Telegram users
Premium Telegram account holders got free access to Grok, although advanced features like Think or DeepSearch remained exclusive to the Grok and X apps. When launched in the messenger, the chatbot greets users with the words: “I’m Grok, xAI’s cutting-edge model for serious and playful conversations.”
Grok Competition and Features
Grok, which was unveiled to the public on December 8, 2024, was part of the xAI strategy, which raised $6 billion in May of that year, reaching the $40 billion mark. The chatbot is challenging ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, with its ability to analyze live data on X, where more than 600 million users share information every month, Musk has previously noted.
