Income and expenses
The operator's total revenue rose by 13%, reaching UAH 24.4 billion. However, profits fell due to exchange rate losses — the dollar rose by 11% against the hryvnia — and also due to a partial reduction in operating revenues. The OIBDA indicator remained at UAH 12.2 billion, despite a sharp increase in electricity prices and a higher tax burden. The OIBDA margin was 50%, down 8.7 percentage points.
Investments in the future
Construction of the network, signal restoration and ensuring its stability cost 6.2 billion hryvnia. Of this, 989 million were invested in the latest frequencies to expand LTE coverage.
Subscribers
The number of users has hardly fluctuated over three years: in 2024, there were 0.7% fewer of them — 15.8 million. The average monthly revenue per subscriber (ARPU) jumped by 10%, reaching 118.4 hryvnia.
These results reflect how Vodafone Ukraine balances revenue growth with external challenges while continuing to invest in infrastructure.
