The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the preferential mortgage lending program “Eoselya”

One of the changes concerns veterans, people who became disabled as a result of war, members of their families, as well as families of the deceased. This was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration.

Previously, under this program it was possible purchase apartments in a building no older than 3 years. Now, these categories of borrowers can purchase apartments in a building no older than 10 years, but provided that the property is located in the city of Kyiv or in the regional center. And without restrictions on the date of operation in other localities.

The second change assumes that now borrowers will be able to buy not only apartments, but also private houses or townhouses after they are put into operation, but not older than 3 years.< /p>

The Yoselya program began operating in October 2022. Since then, more than 6 thousand Ukrainian families have received loans for the purchase of housing for a total amount of more than 9 billion hryvnia.
