In the Ukrainian capital they plan to demolish the Bolshevik plant, which is located near the Shulyavskaya metro station. Residential and commercial real estate will be built in its place. According to developer Alexey Baranov, the layout of architectural buildings has already been developed and there are interesting ideas.

The presentation will take place in February or spring of this year. The project involves the construction of 400,000 square meters of residential real estate and 360,000 commercial ones. The buildings will be predominantly mid-rise, with a large area and pedestrian streets.

It is worth noting that the main value of the plant is its territory. It occupies 35 hectares near the Shulyavsky Bridge in Kyiv. It was the capital's land that attracted investors. The winner of the competition was a consortium – the UDP company of Andrey Ivanov and Vasily Khmelnitsky and A Development of Alexey Baranov.

We recall that it was previously reported that in Kyiv there are problems not only with the metro: it became known what else the capital may face.
