On Saturday, January 6, late evening, Russia attacked the Dnieper with attack drones. The head of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Police Department, Sergei Lysak, said that, unfortunately, there was a hit.
A residential building where 22 families lived was damaged. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries. The State Emergency Service showed the first photos of the damage.
They noted that as a result of the attack, a residential building was damaged and cars were destroyed. Emergency responders saved six people, two of whom were children. Fortunately, there were no fatalities.
«45 rescuers and 11 units of fire-rescue and special equipment of the Main Directorate were involved in eliminating the consequences of the enemy attack in the city State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnepropetrovsk region», — rescuers reported.
The head of the police department added that these residents did not have serious injuries. Lysak called on all residents and guests of Dnieper not to neglect safety rules and respond to air raid warnings in a timely manner.
