CNN sources confirmed that Zaluzhny was summoned to a meeting at the president's office on Monday and informed of his dismissal. It is expected that Zelensky will sign a decree on the resignation of the current commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the end of the week.
It is noted that at a small meeting in his Office on Monday, which was also attended by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, the president said that he «accepted decision to dismiss the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces».
