He said that the armed forces are able to create a battle-ready division of 20 thousand troops in less than a month and effectively command a combined force of 60,000.
«Modern conflicts force us to reconsider our understanding of power. The era when history could be changed with a small number of soldiers is long gone. There is no more room for ‘small wars», — emphasized the head of the French General Staff.
He also expressed his readiness to cooperate with partners and allies to jointly counter aggression.
