In the first half of 2024, the Ministry of Defense intends to launch 27 new recruiting centers in major cities of Ukraine.

This information was reported on the website of the Ministry of Defense, reports URA-Inform.

The centers will operate as an advisory and information institution where those wishing to join the Defense Forces will be able to receive the necessary assistance.

Support will be provided during the enlistment process if necessary. Citizens will be able to learn about available vacancies in the Ukrainian army and receive advice on any issues.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the greatest demand is for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operators, driver mechanics, doctors and information specialists technologies (IT).

The Ministry notes that the centers will have two civilian employees whose powers do not include issuing summonses for mobilization. Their task will be exclusively to ensure communication and consultation.

We recall that it was previously reported that the Rada adopted a new law on the Armed Forces of Ukraine: what the military can now do.
