It is indicated that PrJSC «Ukrainian Financial Housing Company» («Ukrfinzhilye») is improving the program of affordable mortgage lending «Eselya» and is developing new ones, in particular a lease with option to buy program.
It is noted that the rent to own format is not new, it is quite popular, in particular in European countries, the experience of which the company’s experts are now studying in order to make a Ukrainian model is the most profitable and effective.
«The rent to own format assumes that a person first rents the chosen housing for a limited period of time along with paying rent payments, accumulates funds to pay the down payment and then the transaction turns into a regular loan», — the message says.
Currently, active work is underway on a housing rental program with the option to buy.
&# 171;We are not yet ready to announce details on rates, terms and participants. You will hear more specifics after all stages of discussion with government representatives,” the company noted.
