The minimum length of service for retirement in Ukraine is 15 years, but this is if you go on vacation at the age of 65.

If a person wants to complete his job at 60 years old, he needs 31 years of experience. Therefore, if a citizen has not accumulated 15 years of experience, he can count on a minimum pension, which is tied to the cost of living—2,361 hryvnia. However, he will begin to receive them not at 60, but at 63.
At the same time, if a person has not accumulated any insurance experience at all, working unofficially, he will receive assistance, not a pension. Its size is also equal to the subsistence level – 2,361 hryvnia. However, it will be paid only after reaching the age of 65.
What allowances can be added to the assistance
Temporary assistance for pensioners is not indexed and grows only with the cost of living minimum. However, after reaching a certain age, a person can receive the following allowances:
from 70 to 74 years — 300 hryvnia additionally;
from 75 to 79 years old — 456 hryvnia additionally;
from 80 years of age and older — 570 hryvnia additionally.
