On April 11, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on mobilization with 283 votes of people's deputies.
This information was reported Hromadske, reports URA-Inform.
In accordance with its norms, if a person liable for military service is in Ukraine, then you can update the data yourself by arriving at the TCC or CNAP at your place of residence or stay, or through an electronic account.
Head of the department national analytics Center for Joint Action Oksana Zabolotnaya said that the adopted law on strengthening mobilization does not provide for penalties if a person liable for military service does not update his data in the territorial center for recruitment and social support.
«There are actually no sanctions for not updating this data. When I said that this law actually does not fulfill its main purpose, I meant that there are no effective mechanisms to force everyone to update this data», — Zabolotnaya said.
For this reason, she noted that it is still difficult to say how it will work and look in practice.
We recall that it was previously reported that the Rada is in a hurry to pass a bill on fines for evaders: what amounts are we talking about.
