Data update: what needs to be reported to TCC and by when

In accordance with the new legislation on mobilization, all citizens liable for military service are required to update their data in the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCS) and joint venture).

This information is stated in the new law on mobilization, URA-Inform reports.  

These norms are enshrined in Law No. 3633-IX, which was signed by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.

It will come into force one month from the date following the day of its publication . That is, in mid-May 2024.

Accordingly, by mid-July, Ukrainians registered with the military must inform the TCC about their current address and contact phone number.

According to the transitional provisions of the law, registered citizens must, within 60 days from the date of entry into force of this law, clarify:

— residential address;

— communication means numbers;

— email addresses (if available);

— other personal data.

This must be done as follows:

1) if you live in Ukraine:

— independently arriving at the TCC at the place of registration or place of residence;

— to the Administrative Services Center;

— through the electronic account of a conscript, a person liable for military service, or a reservist (if available).

2) in case of living abroad:

— by reporting to the official e-mail address or official phone number indicated on the official TCC portal at the registered location;

— through the electronic account of a conscript, a person liable for military service, or a reservist (if available).
