Products that thicken the blood: doctors warn that it is better not to abuse them

Doctors warn that the wrong food can change the composition of the blood.

They have compiled the TOP of harmful food products that increase the risk of heart disease and blood clots:

— meat, sausages and pates sold in stores;

— smoked fish;

— products with palm oil;

— salted and pickled vegetables;

— alcohol.

Why is it dangerous

All these products together and separately affect the blood, which becomes thicker with their constant use.

“There will be no harm if you eat a small piece, but it is not recommended to abuse these products,” – experts noted.

For good health, doctors recommend eating foods that contain taurine, such as onions, garlic, ginger, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, berries, citrus fruits and beets.
