Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky recently signed a bill providing for changes in the formation of a unified register of military personnel, conscripts and reservists.
This information was reported by Informator, URA-Inform reports.
It states that the data of all citizens of Ukraine is not specified by gender, so we are talking about both men and women aged 17 to 60 years will be entered into the register.
“But if you read the second paragraph of this article, it will be stated there that all citizen data Ukraine, who are not conscripts, military personnel and reservists — are removed from this registry”, — noted lawyer Maria Levchenko.
She explained that data about a citizen from the tax, migration service and other services is provided to this register, then everything is compared — whether the person is a conscript, a military service member or a reservist. If a person does not have such a status, this data is deleted.
Therefore, according to Levchenko, if a woman is not liable for military service, her data from this registry will be deleted.
We recall that it was previously reported that the SBU addressed the Ukrainians with an important request: what did she call for.
