The National Bank prohibited banks and non-bank financial institutions from carrying out active transactions with individuals whose collateral is dual-use goods.

This information was reported by the National Bank of Ukraine, reports URA-Inform.  

We are talking about goods that can be used for military purposes and are included in the Unified List of Dual-Use Goods in the annex to the Procedure for Exercising State Control over International Transfers of Dual-Use Goods.

These, in particular, could be drones, thermal imagers, night vision devices, etc., which are now often found in pawn shops.

According to the message, the ban was introduced in pursuance of a decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine &# 171;On countering the negative consequences of gambling on the Internet» in order to promote the security and stability of the banking system, prevent crisis phenomena during the introduction of martial law.

We recall that it was previously reported that Ukraine is predicted to face a new financial and economic crisis: bankers named three peak months.
