Former world champion Paul Malignaggi expressed his opinion on the upcoming fight between WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion Alexander Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) and WBC title holder Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs).

URA-Inform reports this, citing Xsport.

< p>According to him, he still gives preference to Fury because of his physical parameters, although Usik has always shown an intellectual approach in the ring. However, Fury is a true heavyweight, making him a difficult opponent for Usyk, who lacks such physical advantages. According to Malignaggi, Fury cannot simply be written off and it is difficult to imagine him in a losing position, especially if he is motivated.

On the other hand, boxing legend Lennox Lewis noted Usik's significant progress in his professional boxing career .

“Usik has grown from a small rabbit into a big wolf who is ready to crush rivals and gnaw out victories,” — Lewis noted.

Note that the fight between Usik and Fury is scheduled for May 18 in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

Recall that the media found out whether Fury neglects training before the fight with Mustache.
