Military-political analyst Mark Kimmit believes that without a clear strategy from the United States and constant supplies of weapons from the West, the Russian army can win in Ukraine. According to the expert, in order for Kyiv to achieve significant results in the confrontation with the Kremlin, three key conditions must be met.

Firstly, the West must allow the use of weapons not only on the front line, but also to carry out strikes on Russian territory.
Secondly, the West is obliged to transfer all its stockpiles of weapons and ammunition to Ukraine. If the United States and NATO do not want to directly go to war against Russia and send their soldiers to Europe, then they will have to provide even more military assistance, especially given that starting in 2023, the Kremlin has put the Russian economy on a war footing.
Thirdly, the United States must become true leaders and lead its allies. At the same time, the White House must remind Americans every day of the consequences of Ukraine's defeat.
“The West has been subjected to Russian propaganda and psychological warfare for many years, but we have equally reliable tools, and it’s time to use them to the fullest extent”, — Kimmit noted.
He also emphasized that the decision of Congress on new military assistance for Ukraine will not be sufficient, assistance needs to be expanded.
