NATO believes that Russia has adapted to life in a war economy.

About this information Hholosameryky reported, URA-Inform reports.

An Alliance official predicts that for this reason the Russian Federation is ready to fight for at least another 3-4 years. In this regard, he called on Ukraine's partners to focus on long-term support.

“В&nbsp In the end, we must all be prepared to continue to support Ukraine even after 2025. We understand everything very well, and as we have said for a long time, this is not a conflict that is likely to end any time soon. “It will require years of focused effort,” he said during the NATO summit in Washington.

According to him, the long-term consequences will be tangible and significant for the Russian economy, but for now Russian society is ready for the current way of life.

He also commented on NATO's plans to establish a command post in Wiesbaden, Germany:

“Together with defense-industrial commitments, this provides stable sources of support for Ukraine. This is a coordination mechanism through which we will ensure that Ukraine gets what it needs, when it needs it, and provide some accountability, because we all know that there is a long list of promises, and what actually appears on the battlefield is often different from what is announced.”

Recall that earlier it was reported that Zelensky said who could become a mediator in new negotiations between Russia and Ukraine: details.
