People's deputy from the party «Servant of the People» Fyodor Venislavsky promised that parliament would decide the issue of conscripting those liable for military service who have not yet turned 25 years old.

The People's Deputy explained that after the abolition of the status of those of limited fitness, a conflict arose when those who were previously of limited fitness under the age of 25, who became fully fit, are mobilized, and healthy conscripts of the same age have a deferment of up to 25 years.
«There is an understanding of a certain social injustice when citizens under 25 years of age are fully fit for military service, cannot be mobilized, and those who, for various reasons, were recognized as limitedly fit in wartime, after the lifting of limited fitness are recognized by the VLK as fit and can be mobilized,” Venislavsky said.
It is worth noting that cases where the TCC, already during the operation of the new mobilization rules, attracts into the army young people who have not yet reached 25 years of age and have never served in the conscript army or studied at a military department, are not isolated.
