This information was reported by Pixelinform, URA-Inform reports.

Even jealousy in men and women manifests itself differently and is explained by different reasons. Scientists have found out exactly how male jealousy differs from female jealousy and why this happens.

Firstly, it all starts in childhood. Girls are allowed to be emotional, while boys are often brought up with the phrase: “Be patient, be a man.” This makes men more reserved. Differences in upbringing affect the expression of feelings and emotions in adulthood.

Secondly, a man is a protector by nature. He strives to protect his woman and protect her from other men, in order to be sure that she belongs only to him.

Women rely on creating strong relationships and protecting themselves and their children. Therefore, their jealousy manifests itself more acutely. Any change in a man’s behavior is enough to cause a woman to feel jealous.

It has been noted that confident people are less likely to be jealous and cope more easily with the consequences of this feeling.
