Doctors told us what morning signs may indicate hand arthritis.

They noted that early symptoms of arthritis in the hand include morning pain and stiffness in the hand.

“Dull or burning joint pain, morning stiffness, swollen joints in the hand are all symptoms of arthritis. Many types of arthritis can affect your hands,” — experts said.

According to them, if you have had arthritis in your hand for some time, then these are the symptoms that appear most often. They also added that symptoms can also occur in other areas. Other signs may include:

— the pain can vary from dull to sharp;

— the pain may wake you up at night;

— pain may cause you to change the way you use your hand;

— the tissue around the affected joint may become red and tender to the touch;

— your fingers cannot open and close completely;

— Small bony nodules form on the middle knuckle of your fingers;

-Your finger joints become larger, misshapen, and abnormally curved, leaving your hands weak and less able to perform everyday tasks.
