Director of the Department of Personnel Policy of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Mark Andrusyak reminded that all those liable for military service must update their credentials by July 16.

Mark Andrusyak reported this information, reports URA-Inform.

At the same time, he emphasized that updating military registration data does not mean the mandatory mobilization of such persons.  Andrusyak noted that the need of the Armed Forces for conscription is significantly less than the mobilization resource of the state.

< p>«To date, about 3 million citizens have updated their data with the information that we already have. The need of the Armed Forces for conscription during mobilization is much less. Therefore, not all citizens who have updated their credentials will be called up for military service,” the official said in a statement.

Mark Andrusyak explained that updating military credentials was created for fair approach to ensuring that all these persons are registered with the military.

We recall that it was previously reported how much time Ukrainians will be given to appear at the TCC after a summons by mail: the Cabinet of Ministers published the changes.
