The last month of summer in Ukraine it is expected to be moderately hot and mostly dry, with high night temperatures.

Forecasters noted that precipitation will be short-term, without prolonged heavy rains. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, the average air temperature in August will fluctuate within the range of +20-26 °C, in the Carpathians +17-19 °C, which is 2 °C higher than normal (in the south-east of Ukraine it is 2.5 °C higher) .
The amount of precipitation will be 30-97 millimeters, in the Kherson region and western regions of Crimea in places 24-28 millimeters, in the Carpathian region, Transcarpathia and in the Carpathians in places 104-120 millimeters.
< strong>Weather advisory forecast for August 1-5:
— August 1-2: short-term rain with thunderstorms (except western regions). Night temperatures +11-17 °C, daytime +20-26 °C, in the south and west of the country up to +30 °C.
— August 3-5: no precipitation, except for short-term rain and thunderstorms in the western regions. The temperature will gradually rise to +18-24 °C at night and to +28-32 °C during the day, in the south and in Transcarpathia to +34 °C.
— ; August 4-5: in some places the heat will increase to +35-38 °C.
