In Russia, conflict among supporters of the war against Ukraine.

Russian journalist, sociologist and publicist Igor Yakovenko said that the “war correspondents” and “z-bloggers” who are closer to the front and know the reality, are increasingly expressing dissatisfaction with what is happening and entering into polemics with those who are connected with the authorities and propaganda on state television channels.
“There is a conflict between those who broadcast on federal channels and who are quite far from the front line, with the same supporters of xenophobia and Russian fascism who are closer to the front. This is a conflict between State Duma deputies and Russian “war correspondents”. They are on the same side, but there is a party line, which is represented by television and Duma members, and there are supporters of what is called trench truth,” he said.
He noted that information about the losses and failures of the Russian army on the front in Ukraine, as well as about the criminal orders of the military leadership, is increasingly appearing in the Russian information space. The Kremlin does not like this information and it contradicts the official party line.
“Disappointment constantly breaks out from the mouths of “war correspondents” and “z-bloggers”. They are outraged by what is happening on the front. The losses are only growing. Disregard for people's lives causes indignation, irritation of those at the front and those people who express their interests. There are a huge number of examples where “war correspondents” criticize the authorities and express indignation. There are people who are on the side of the Russian fascist Reich, but they say that Putin should be brought to trial,” — said Yakovenko.
