In the coming months, Ukraine will begin new measures will come into effect that will affect military-liable citizens who have not fulfilled their military registration obligations, and fines will begin at the end of September, warns People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko.
Fedienko reported this information on the air of Espreso, URA-Inform reports.
According to the law, every Ukrainian subject to military service is required to contact the territorial recruitment and social support center within two months after the change in data.
Violation of this requirement may result in a fine, which will start to be imposed as early as the end of September. Fediyenko urges not to delay the fulfillment of this requirement, since Ukraine is in a state of war, and this is not just a formality, but a contribution to the overall security of the country.
The procedure for imposing fines will be carried out on the basis of data from the “Oberig” registry, which contains up-to-date information on those liable for military service.
Fines will not be issued to everyone without exception: those who have an electronic version of their military registration document in the “Reserve+” application will not face fines for not having a paper version. This avoids bureaucratic complications and provides a convenient way to confirm military registration.
Fedienko also emphasized that the presence of an electronic document, which is equivalent to a paper original, significantly simplifies the process of interaction with the TCC.
Those who came to the recruitment center and registered, but did not have a paper document with them, will not be fined if they can present an electronic version through the “Reserve+” application.
