Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky uses the “thousand cuts” tactic to destabilize Russian troops, forcing them to respond to numerous small attacks in various directions.

Reserve Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Svitan spoke about this in an interview with Evgeniya Kutnova on the YouTube channel “Fabrika Novostey,” URA-Inform reports.

According to the military expert, Syrsky skillfully uses this tactic to force the enemy to transfer forces from one place to another, thereby weakening its positions.

“It is possible that Ukrainian troops could use a similar strategy in Transnistria, forcing the Russians to rush around and redeploy forces to unexpected places,” Svitan noted.

He added that such tactics could lead to a strike in a direction that Russian commanders do not even suspect.

Svitan also expressed doubts about possible strikes on Russian troops in Africa or Syria, although, according to him, this cannot be completely ruled out. At the same time, he emphasized that expanding the geography of military operations, for example, to Kaliningrad or the Far East, is quite likely.

At the same time, it is worth noting that the timing of Ukraine's accession to the EU is clear: Sikorsky told what it is time to prepare for.
