Ukraine is developing a strategy for destruction the Kerch Bridge and the liberation of occupied Crimea, but the details of this plan remain classified for now.
This was reported by URA-Inform, citing a statement by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, Andrey Yusov, which was aired on Kiev24.< /p>
Yusov stressed that the temporarily occupied Crimea is currently used by Russia as a major military base. He also noted the importance of the peninsula for Russian logistics, which makes it a strategically significant territory.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces have developed plan for the deoccupation of Crimea, but specific details remain classified for now. Yusov stressed that announcements and details of the operation will not be disclosed in advance, as was the case with previous successful attacks.
“We have plans for both deoccupation of Ukrainian lands and the peninsula, as well as the destruction of all obstructing objects. We will not make announcements, but you will see the results yourself,” Yusov said.
It is also worth recalling that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky explained why he is pleased with the reaction of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the events in the Kursk region.< /p>
