In the context of escalating international tensions, Belarus, under the pretext of conducting military exercises, has amassed significant forces, including the regular army and fighters from the Wagner PMC, near the border with Ukraine.

It is noted that the above-mentioned situation is causing serious concern in Kyiv, where such actions are regarded as a potential threat to national security.
At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ukraine has issued a categorical statement calling on the Belarusian authorities to refrain from steps that could lead to catastrophic consequences for Belarus itself.
The Ukrainian side emphasizes that such actions could be taken under pressure from Moscow, which is seeking to strengthen its influence on Minsk .
The official statement of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry says:
«We call on Belarusian officials not to make tragic mistakes for their own country under pressure from Moscow, and its armed forces — to stop unfriendly actions and withdraw troops from the state border of Ukraine at a distance that exceeds the range of the existing fire systems in the Republic of Belarus»
