As of this morning On Saturday, August 31, the presence of one Russian ship equipped with Kalibr cruise missiles with the ability to launch up to four missiles was recorded in the Black Sea.

This was reported by URA-Inform, citing data from the Navy Ukraine, published in Telegram.

In the Sea of Azov, according to representatives of the Ukrainian Navy, as in previous days, no enemy ships were found. At the same time, three Russian ships were recorded in the Mediterranean Sea, one of which is also a carrier of “Kalibr” missiles with a total salvo of up to eight missiles.

It is also reported that Russian ships are moving through the Kerch Strait. During the day, four ships passed in the direction of the Black Sea, one of which continued moving towards the Bosphorus . Six vessels proceeded towards the Sea of Azov, two of which arrived from the Bosphorus Strait.

In addition, the Ukrainian military reminds that Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS). Russian vessels regularly turn off their automatic identification systems (AIS), making them difficult to track and posing a threat to safe navigation in international waters.

Against this backdrop, it is worth mentioning that Ukraine has lost its first F-16 fighter jet: the US has admitted what happened .
