Pechersky The Kyiv District Court ruled that it was necessary to enter into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations a statement about probable criminal offenses related to the actions of Petro Poroshenko's lawyer, Igor Golovan, and other persons.
This information was reported by URA-Inform with reference to for the publication “Law and Business”.
It is noted that the above-mentioned decision was made after considering the complaint filed by lawyer Alena Isaevskaya. The court upheld Isaevskaya's complaint, which pointed to the inaction of law enforcement agencies, which had previously failed to enter information about a number of possible crimes falling under Articles 358, 366, 337, 368, 369 and 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.
These articles cover such offenses as document forgery, official forgery, evasion of military service and other violations. The complaint, the text of which was provided to Isaevskaya, states that the military medical commission of the Shevchenkivskyi district territorial center for recruitment and social support in Kyiv found Igor Golovan unfit for military service due to health reasons and excluded him from military registration.
However, the lawyer claims that there were no medical indications for this, and the conclusion of the military medical commission was based on falsified documents. The goal, according to her, was to evade Golovan from fulfilling his military duty under martial law.
Moreover, the text of the complaint emphasizes that Golovan's close relatives could have been involved in the schemes to evade service.
In addition, there were reports that Poroshenko's children were living in London, thereby avoiding service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which also caused a public outcry.
Against this background, the insider said that Zelensky had a new demand for Syrsky regarding the war.
