Ukraine’s Victory Plan will be available to all countries, including Russia, and should become the basis for discussions at the second world summit. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at a meeting with journalists on September 20.
Zelensky's plan was reported by URA-Inform, citing RBC-Ukraine.
Zelensky noted, that Russia's presence at the summit is necessary, since it is the aggressor in the conflict.
“There can be no end to the war without the participation of all parties,” he stressed.
Ukraine is actively working on a plan , three of its key points have already been prepared, and both online and offline meetings are planned to discuss it.
According to the president, the final version of the plan will be ready by early November and will become the basis for dialogue with Russia.

“We will be able to discuss specific steps, not just express general intentions,” he added.
The plan calls for swift action by Ukraine's strategic partners by the end of December and should be presented to both the US president , as well as other allies.
Zelensky also stressed that the plan will be open to the public in various countries, including Russia, to demonstrate its integral role in the process.
“This plan strengthens Ukraine politically and militarily, and helps determine our future after the war,” he concluded.< /p>
