Night 21 On November 1, a drone attack occurred in Tikhoretsk, Krasnodar Krai, which led to serious consequences. According to local residents, the attack was aimed at an ammunition depot, which caused massive explosions and subsequent detonation.

This was reported by URA-Inform, citing ASTRA.

After the attack, a fire started, spreading to explosive objects, which led to a series of secondary explosions. Videos published by residents demonstrate the scale of what is happening – explosions light up the night sky, and the detonation lasts for several hours.

The mayor confirmed that the incident was caused by a drone attack.

“A fire broke out due to the fall of debris from one of the drones, which quickly spread to the ammunition depot. For safety reasons, a temporary evacuation of residents of the surrounding areas has begun,” the governor of Krasnodar Krai said.

According to the Ukrainian side, there is a training airbase in Tikhoretsk belonging to the Krasnodar Higher Military Aviation School of Pilots. The 627th Training Aviation Regiment with L-39 Albatros aircraft is stationed here. A representative of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, Sergei Bratchuk, noted that the base could have been one of the targets of the attack.

This is not the first incident with a detonation at Russian arsenals in recent days. The night before the attack in Tikhoretsk, there was also an explosion at the ammunition depot of the 23rd arsenal of the Russian Defense Ministry, located less than 20 km from Toropets. The facility housed missiles including Iskander and North Korean KN23.

Such attacks are becoming more frequent, causing both destruction of military infrastructure and panic among the local population.

Earlier it was reported that Ukraine was under threat of being hit by dozens of missiles: the Navy learned of the Russian maneuver.
