Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree providing social guarantees for Russian citizens who agree to move to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

This was reported by the Center for National Resistance, cited by URA-Inform.

According to the decree, Russians who go to work in the occupied areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia, Kherson regions and Crimea are promised solid payments. First of all, we are talking about specialists sent to perform various tasks, who will come with their families. Such workers can count on an amount from three to five million rubles.

The priority areas for the occupation administrations are construction and logistics specialists. Workers who are able to restore destroyed infrastructure facilities and transport cargo are especially in demand. Russia continues to try to regain control over the destroyed cities of Ukraine that suffered from the actions of Russian troops.

“Moving to the occupied territories entails participation in the creation of fake structures and occupation administrations that have not yet been fully organized,” the CNS representatives report.

Thus, the Russian authorities continue to try to attract specialists to work in the occupied territories, despite the obvious problems with the formation and management of new administrative structures.

Recall that there is a new stage of the war in Ukraine – representatives of the National Security and Defense Council revealed that it is changing dramatically.
