Military analyst and Major of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reserve Oleksiy Getman reported that the Ukrainian military is preparing for a possible powerful Russian shelling.

According to him, about a month ago Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine, and the aggressor does not abandon the tactics of missile terror. During this time, the enemy has accumulated a significant amount of means for destruction.
«What to expect next? Next, expect a powerful massive missile attack, which could happen in the coming days, a week at most. As it was on August 26-27 this year. They needed to accumulate missiles, — Getman emphasized.
It is worth noting that, according to Forbes magazine, the Russian Federation is capable of producing from 132 to 171 missiles and up to half a thousand Shahed drones monthly.
“They are mainly focused on the production of the Kh-101. But they also produce Onyxes, Kalibrs. They can only produce 5-6 Kinzhals per month, which is a small number. Iskanders, depending on the type – from 15 to 45. One hundred and fifty missiles, plus Shaheds and plus the threat to attack our nuclear power plants. This means that soon the great danger will turn into certain actions,” the expert noted.
According to Getman, this allows the occupiers to attack Ukraine with drones every day to deplete air defense and conduct reconnaissance. He stressed that the threat of a new massive attack remains high, and the Ukrainian military is actively preparing for it. He also recalled the statement by Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal that Ukraine's critical facilities are equipped with third-level shelters to protect against attacks.
«The more time passes between attacks, the more missiles Russia accumulates, which makes the next possible attack more powerful,» the expert warned.
