In October the weather in Ukraine will be warmer than normal. The air temperature will be 1-1.5°C higher.
This information was reported by the “Ukrhydrometeorological Center”, which was quoted by “URA-Inform”.
According to weather forecasters, in October 2024 the average monthly temperature in Ukraine is forecasted to be within the range of +7…+13°C. These figures are slightly higher than normal.
The monthly precipitation is expected to be 31-67 mm, in In the Carpathians in some places 77-101 mm. These figures are within the normal range.

Data from long-term observations indicate that the average monthly air temperature in October is +6… ;+13°C, in the Carpathians in places +4…+5°C.
The absolute minimum air temperature is -4…-16°, in the northern, central, eastern regions and in the Carpathians in some places -17-23°C, in Crimea 0-3°C. The absolute maximum air temperature is +26-+34°C, in Crimea up to +35°C, in the highlands of the Carpathians +20-+21°C.
«The average monthly precipitation is 29-54 mm, in some places in mountainous areas 64-84 mm, in Transcarpathia 86-106 mm, in the highlands Carpathians up to 129 mm. Frosts in the first half of October are a common occurrence,” the forecasters summed up.
